In partnership with Florida International University (FIU), Penfolds officially launched a 10-week immersive internship program on June 9 as part of the Evermore program.

Designed to support the next generation of industry professionals, the Penfolds Leadership Internship Program offers hands-on experience in winery hospitality for two outstanding FIU students currently studying Hospitality Management.

The successful participants of the program who will be immersed in the world of Penfolds for 10 weeks are Adrain Masveyraud and Elaine Mena.

Throughout the program, the interns will gain valuable exposure to hospitality sales and operations, real-world business challenges, and professional development opportunities including leadership training and mentorship.

This unique internship provides students the chance to work with a globally recognised wine brand while deepening their knowledge of the wine and hospitality industries. The program reflects Penfolds ongoing commitment to creating educational pathways and investing in future generations, and forms part of a larger program in partnership with Treasury America.
